Who’s Got your Back?
What is the one thought everyone has just after logging in to a new online game for the first time? Man, this is lonely. What do I do now? Im here to answer just that. One of the first steps you should take after you build your initial required buildings and your embassy would be to find yourself a good alliance. While there are many alliances out there in the world of Evony, do some research before you decide. Now, seeing as I have been in 2 alliances under multiple different account names, I may not be the most experienced, but I’ll try to point you in the right direction.
The Basics:
One of the first things to look for when researching your future alliance is the number of members. You’re not gonna want to join some loud mouth alliance with only 10k prestige and 3 members. Look for the alliances who offer support in the alliance bio, and those with higher prestige so that you know they can handle helping you and themselves if necessary. The next thing to lookout for is the alliances that have hundreds of members just so they can complete their quests. These guys are only in it for the numbers, not the spirit of the game. Another thing to look into when researching the alliances is the location of the alliance members and how far they are from you. Believe me; you do not want to be waiting 12 hours for resources hat an alliance member is sending when you have enemies breathing down your neck! Once you have reviewed some alliance info, try to open a dialogue with either the leader or a high raked member of the alliance and see how the communication goes. Ask the alliance what its goals are and see if these goals meet your own, then make your decision.
Alliances of North March:
Now comes the part where I have to promote a little bit. When creating a new account or continuing a current acct, it’s helpful to know that someone will have your back. One alliance that will always have its members back is the Malice alliance. With its seasoned administration being run by Heath80 (Host), SirOreck(Vice Host), Sir Leone(Vice Host), Morrin Bagdel(Presbyter), and Tryder(Presbyter). All five of which are over 100,000 prestige. With an alliance like Malice backing you, you can be proud to answer when asked: Who’s got your back?
